Letter to WPM. Site and Paper History from 2003 with P.S. 26 September 2020
Dear WPM,
Thanks for your repeated retweets.
Now I have remembered my SRFL sites and papers tiny history since 2003.
SRFL succeeds Sekinan Library’s research work, which work were not published on Web site representation and main work was reading of Chinese Ying Dynasty’s classic traditional linguistics results.
Site Name History
SRFL has uploaded the papers on language universals since 2003, when the site name was using sekinan.org.
Now its name is not adopted by not-using the self-managed website.
From 2014, I have mainly used Weebly site titled Sekinan initials. So crowned Sekinan sites contain mainly early papers and essays although being renewed appropriately. Also I have used Wix site for invitation being named SIL initials.
But the papers have gradually increased. In 2016 I have newly used Webnode site for the reason storing up more papers easily. Webnode sites are titled mainly SRFL initials, which papers are from Middle to Present.
Besides Weebly and Webnode, I have used Website, Site 123 for simplified and invitational sites, so these sites are almost Modern papers and essays and understandable invitation articles to the study of language. Contained papers are rather few but probably more readable, especially to the first visiting learners of language problems, naming is ENSILA for Website and Sekinan for Site 123.
Now I have used Webnode for garner of papers and essays. Site123 is for classificational by themes and writing times. Webnode’s this SRFL is adopted to main invitational site for the time being.

Early SRFL’s Papers and Themes were placing great importance on language universals developed from Qing Dynasty’s linguistic results and newly opened Linguistic Circle of Prague which were taught from CHINO Eiichi who was the teacher of Russian language in 1969 and 1970 and again from 1979 I began to learn Prague’s tradition.
Short Historical Note for Research
Sekinan Library’s main theme is language universals that has been researched since 1920s at Linguistic Circle of Prague.
The existence of the circle had been always put at the centre of the study.
In Japan. on Prague School CHINO Eiichi probably first introduced systematically through his direct study experience at Prague between 1958 and 1964.
I first met with him in 1969 at Tokyo, from whom received Russian language at beginner’s small class.
And after I again met him in 1979 for his lecture of structural linguistics., to which I listen till March 1986.
In this year I also started own object on language, which was language universals by mathematical description, surging from Nicolas Bourbaki, that were applied to wide and deep approach even at human studies.
For me algebraic geometry was the great aid to deepen the theme, to which at 1920s many researchers recognised its importance but hard not operated with clear description at the field of phonology.
In 2003 I narrowly wrote up a trial paper on characters, at that time not for total language, but I got the steady way to approach the hard target of meaning, through which I faintly could see the final target, language universals.

But I left Language Universals by the reason that this theme was dragged from the traditional ways of thinking on language not accurate research of firm basis. So now I do not call my research linguistics.
I am not a linguist or philologist. Probably I am a mere philosopher following Ludwig Wittgenstein.
For WITTGENSTEIN Ludwig Revised
Position of Language
1 Quantization 1 is a cliff for consideration of language.
2 Mathematical interpretation of quantized language is now a first step to the theoretical ascent.
3 If there is not mathematics, next conjectures are impossible.
(i) Difference between word and sentence— Commutative and noncommutative ring
(ii) Continuation from word to sentence— Tomita’s fundamental theorem
(iii) Word’s finiteness and sentence’s infinity— Property infinite and purely infinite
(iv) Cyclic structure of word’s meaning— Infinite cyclic group
4 Meaning minimum 2 , mirror language 3 and mirror symmetry 4 are inevitable approach to the study of language especially for language universals 5.
5 Symplectic Language Theory, Floer Homology Language and Arithmetic Geometry Language are adopted as the model theory for natural language in the recent.
6 Hereinafter the model theory will be entered to the new concept . The Model s of Language Universals 6 will be shown by the description of mathematics .

P.S.
In high school days I had yearned for philosophy at first and the next Physics.
Refer to the next.
Glitter of youth through philosophy and mathematics in 1970s
In 1970s at Tokyo or in my age 20s there surely exists glitter of youth in my life, now I remember.
In those days, in Japan many fabulous magazines were successively published. Episteme,Toshi(City)、Chugoku(China) and the likes. Especially I loved reading Episteme which had printed many philosophical or philological articles as the form of special issues concentrated important philosopher, thinker and writer. The chief editor of Episteme was NAKANO Mikitaka(1943-2007), probably one of the best editors in the latter half of the 20th century in Japan. The most impressive number was Ludwig Wittgenstein(1889-1951), probably in 1977. Also influenced from the issue of Kurt Gödel(1906-1978)who gave me the possibility of set theory.
In my life, Wittgenstein gave the big influence for thinking and writing style, never entering or approaching his essential philosophical themes.Aftermillennium year when I started the regular writing on language universals, my writing style was resembling in his Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus. My paper written in 2003, Quantum Theory for Language shows a very imitative style to him. This tendency kept on for some time till I changed to adopt algebraic method for more clear description to the themes.
1970s was a relatively calm times after those university’s revolution in the late 1960s in which I also compellingly rolled in. In those days I almost had been wandering between library and old book shops aiming my life-time true themes cowardly avoiding the turmoils of university and towns. Blaise Pascal(1623-1662)’s Pansees was my favourite one. One day at Kanda’s Taiwan chinese book shop Kaifu Shoten, I bought WANG Guowei(1877-1927)’s Guantangjilin that opened the new frontier for classical Chinese philology mainly streamed by “Small Study”, traditional exegetics in China. Influenced WANG Guowei I wrote a paper titled On Time Property Inherent in Characters, 2003 by which I began the latter start of language study.
In 1970s, I had cherished a dream in which I wanted to use mathematical description and get the essential of language. But I had not any ability to proceed the study for it while I read at random several mathematical books. One day I found and bought the amount Nicolas Bourbaki(1935-)’s text books at old book shop in Kanda, Tokyo. They were hard to keep reading for my talent in those days. After all, the books were put aside the desk. The remaining in my mind was adoration to Bourbaki and their brilliant achievement. My return to Bourbaki was long after in 1990s when I again tried the pursuit of language having a clear vision to study language universals according to the Linguistic Circle of Prague, especially aiming to resolve the supposition presented by Sergej Karcevskij(1884-1955).
Turning round the past days, my way was always narrow and winding road. But it keeps till now not breaking off in any situations. The way was finely glittering in my youth days despite under the cloudy sky. Probably I have kept happily walking till now being assisted by many people especially at the field of language, mathematics and relevant studies.
At random now I remember the dear names from whom I never cannot hear their voices. HASEGAWA Hiroshi, CHEN Donghai Chinese language, KAJIMURA Hideki,CHO Shokichi Korean language, Natary Muravjova Russian language, ONO Shinobu Chinese literature, MIIYAZAKI Kenzo, FURUTA Hiromu, KONDO Tadayosh iJapanese literature, ANDO Tsuguo French poem, SAEKI Shoichi Haiku, IKEDA Hiroshi Japanese classical drama, SAITO Kohei sculpture, YAMAGISHI Tokuhei bibliography, NISHI Junzo Chinese philosophy, KAWASAKI Tsuneyuki Buddhism, CHINO Eiichi Russian language, the Linguistic Circle of Prague. At last dear friend of high school days KANEKO Yutaka mathematics and our youth.

I also had been longing for the bridge between Orient and West.
Saying in other words, I hoped to freely trudge seeing the high mountain range of wisdom.
Wellspring
Connection between Orient and West
1
I read two geniuses in my twenties at early 1970s.
WANG Guowei and WITTGENSTEIN Ludwig.
WANG’s Guantangjilin and WITTGENSTEIN’s TRACTATUS LOGICO-PHILOSOPHICUS.
I have continued thinking and writing by own-recognized WITTGENSTEIN’s TLP’s style throughout till now.
2
Linguistic themes are almost all depended on WANG’s papers.
Yin buci-zhong suojian xian-gong xian-wang kao ( Juan 9 Shilin 1) overwhelmed me by profound considerations and citations from Chinese vast classic texts.
Wang-Heng ( Juan 9 Shilin 1) is the origin of my early concept that consists of infinite cyclic meaning minimum inherent in characters.
On Time Property Inherent in Characters and Prague Theory are early embodiment of the concept.
3
On meaning of language, CHINO Eiichi taught me its fascination and hardship mainly throughout the works of Linguistic Circle of Prague.
KARCEVSKIJ Sergej showed me the most fascinating approach to the meaning’s flexibility in word.
4
From Orient, WANG Yinzhi lead me the meaning of word especially by analysis of functional words in Chinese classics.
Jingzhuan shici is a compilation of his analysis by which I tried the concept of
positive and negative on the generation of word. The result is shown by early work Quantification of Quantum, from which the concepts of actual language and imaginary language are emerged. Early work of showing the concepts are Guarantee of Language, Mirror Language and Reversion Theory and the like.
5
ZHANG Bingling is the another peak of China.
Wenshi is the work I have tried to get understanding over and over again from my youth. My paper is tried as Energy of Language and Brown Motion as Language. Two papers are targeted to the energy inherent in language.
