Solid Trace Theory Superlattice. 2006. Postscript 2007

1
Structure of cube language, that is an origin of solid trace language, is a superlattice in ideal.
2
Cube language consists of 8 particles. Each two particles are Cooper pair.
3
Superlattice is three-dimensional system. Cube language is a minimum size of the lattice. See the following paper.
4
From Pauli principle, Bose particles that are expressed by symmetrical wave function can enter the same energetic condition.
5
Electron is Fermi particle. At Cooper pair electrons work as Bose particles.
6
When walls of wells are narrowed to the utmost limit, energy gap is vanished.
7
Superlattice is regarded to mesoscopic situation.
8
At mesoscopic system phase coherence is kept on electron.
9
Elastic scattering changes momentum, but does not change energy. Coherence is kept endlessly.
10
Small particles keep coherence under the conditions that has lower density and higher temperature than usualness of electrons.
11
Quantum wells dispersion level has divided and widened breadth by tunnel effect. The breadth is called to miniband.
12
In miniband, electron is tightly binded.
13
On tightly binded situation, atoms orbits are folded each other. So the image of electron movement is similar to the movement in solidity.
14
Cube language is ideally existable in solidity.
