Solid Trace Language

1
Solid trace language is a substance in solidity. The language is abbreviated to STL.
2
STL is a situation of electron of solidity.
3
Electron of solidity is putted under Bloch’s theorem. The theorem is expressed by the following.
ѱ(r)=eikru(r)
ѱ(r) - wave function
u(r) -function of same period with wave function
r-position vector
k-wave number vector
4
Irregular potential worked at electron makes Anderson localization.
5
Anderson localization is influenced by Aharonov-Bohm effect in solidity.
6
STL is realized in the situation of quantum wells.
7
Width of wells will be provided by uncertainty principle. The principle is expressed by the following.
ΔEΔt≧ℏ/2
E-electron energy
ΔE- E’s uncertainty
Δt-time
8
Electron is Fermi particle. Cooper pair’s situation of electrons is Bose particle.
9
In superconductivity, the situation is effective and useful for the realization of STL.
10
Metal in superconductivity has Meissner effect.
11
Magnetic flux Φ in ring shape becomes London’s fluxoid quantum.
The value of Φis the following.
Φ=nh/2e
 n –integer
12
Fluxoid plane lattice was observed by Essmann and Trӓuble.
13
Flux in ring shape and fluxoid plane lattice are clearly photographed by Tonomura.
14
Now for STL, fluxoid space lattice is demanded. STL is a development of Cube Theory.
See the following papers.
15
Symmetry of space lattice was expressed by space group.
16
Space group is expressed by Hermann-Mauguin symbol.
17
Space group has extinction rule.
18
Extinction rule has structure factor.
19
Structure factor is expressed by Fourier transformation of distribution function.
