This site shows the update research and work of Sekinan mainly through [WORK] corner, which has aimed the research for language universals using contemporary mathematical results. All thanks are given to the pioneers of language and mathematics of the 20th century, that have been the cradle of my study.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SRFL Sekinan Research Field of Language was established at Hakuba, Nagano in 2003. In the next year 2004 the base was moved to Tokyo.
SRFL has kept to study for natural language especially on meaning and its surroundings. But the themes are very difficult and hard to explain through clear descriptions. So gradually the style of study has been shifted to mathematical approach.
Description has been pretty changed from the early to the recent. The early was rather intuitive and mathematics followed. But in the recent, the centre has been model making using algebraic geometry and the various theorems have been comapred with the factors of natural language's meaning.
At this site, the update results will be offerred to the people who are interested in language especially on language universals.
